Whether you are a home buyer or a seller, today's real estate market requires preparation. While we are beginning to see improvement in our sluggish housing market, we have not regained the momentum we experienced in years past.

For home sellers, the encouraging news is competing foreclosures are subsiding...but are not gone completely. Even homes being sold through the short sale process are fewer. And, we find the vast majority of home buyers are becoming weary of the time consuming - and, often expensive journey that can be attached to choosing a home being sold by short sale. As we begin to see improvement, we are seeing low housing inventory levels for our Metro Atlanta real estate market. Home sellers are still skittish. However, we are seeing multiple offers, shorter days on market and increasing home values. So what is a home buyer or home seller to do? By being educated in the home buying or home selling process - particularly in this current "hard to navigate" real estate market - you can avoid many of the pitfalls which might otherwise detour you from your destination. Become informed...and then partner with a REALTOR® who can guide you successfully through the process.

The real estate market reports provided below will help to educate you on most aspects our our Atlanta real estate market. As you continue through your home selling or home buying process, I hope you will come back and visit to keep yourself apprised of the most current real estate market information.
